Blow Out the Candles!

Tamika here, so as the party winds down after the decorations have been placed, and many games have been played it is time to blow out the candles scrapbooking style. I love tags! I think they add such a special touch to a card, gift bag,  gift box or even  on its own. The problem is that I rarely get the mojo to make them.
